Bob Sendall hosts a private dinner with Billy Porter

What would you do if Chef Bob Sendall of All in Good Taste Productions called you and invited you to Bob Sendalla private dinner honoring Broadway star and Tony award winner Billy Porter? You’d say yes and wouldn’t ask questions. The six-course dinner, which began (naturally) with delightful bites and cocktails in his private courtyard on Monday night had been a long time coming.
The event was part of a live auction that took place in 2014 during Persad’s Art For Change event that Mr. Porter had emceed. The bidding went wild as David Sufrin and Mark Minnerly were each determined to win the prize. Instead, Persad stepped in and split the package between the two of them. Each donated $5,000 to the cause and were able to bring guests to enjoy the once-in-a-lifetime evening.
